Richard Shoen

Rich Shoen is the President of the Tarrant County Entrepreneurs Club and the principal of Rich Shoen & Company where he advises small and mid-sized companies on strategic personnel, operations and marketing matters. An Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business, Rich is committed to serving the needs of entrepreneurs.

Rich is also a principal in Eat Green, LLC, a company which promotes the value of local, sustainable agriculture in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. And, with his wife Norma, he is a partner in the Shoen Candy Company.

Prior to forming his consultancy, Rich held senior management positions in regional and national banks, concentrating on management and organizational development, sales and marketing. He has also worked in international manufacturing and service organizations, specializing in employee and marketing communications.

Rich earned a Ph.D. in Communication Studies from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.

Matthew W Curry, M.S.

Matt is a Financial Advisor with Whitney, Wetzel & Kuether, LLC, a Private Wealth Management firm.   Much of his 30 years of financial services experience has been in the banking business, working with entrepreneurs and executives as they built and then managed their businesses and wealth. He held a number of positions in both independent and national banks, including bank president, chief credit officer, chief quality officer, and has been securities licensed since 2000. In his last 5 years in banking, he was in Private Client Services coordinating investments, trust, and banking needs of clients. He was a Private Banker and Regional Manager of the group for several years.

He has also started and owned a small service business which he establish and managed in north Texas. His lifelong commitment to serving the small and medium sized business owner and corporate executive continues through financial and retirement planning for them on an individual basis.

Matt holds a finance degree from Texas Tech, a Masters in Finance from The University of Houston at Clear Lake, and completed the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, considered by many in the industry to be the premier banking program at the time. He and his wife Cyndy both grew up and worked in Houston, and moved to the Metroplex in early 2000 after spending seven years in San Antonio. They have two boys and live in Colleyville. Matt is very active in his church as a lay minister, lector, and treasurer of its growing Men's Club. He is a member of The Rotary Club of Fort Worth, Fort Worth South, and director and charter member of the Tarrant County Entrepreneur's Club.

Joshua Davis

Josh Davis is a gifted web developer, designer and internet entrepreneur who has a knack for helping small- and medium-sized firms market themselves effectively on the web.

Since launching his career as a web marketing strategist, web designer, and web developer in June of 2002, Josh has completed numerous contract assignments for real estate companies, law firms, specialty retailers, universities, and other entities in need of a solid Internet presence.

Self taught, passionate, and highly client focused, Josh is an expert at helping business people unlock the web's potential to lower costs, improve service, and attract new clients.

He is owner of iBot Web, a Fort Worth-based company that designs and develops websites and print ready marketing materials, and iBot Software, a firm that develops ready-to-use online web applications. Josh also owns and operates a photography studio specializing in exotic vehicle & glamour photography.

Josh's forte is creating and monetizing social portal websites. He is an equity partner in several dot com start-up ventures. Josh is skilled at building online communities and developing high traffic websites.

The TCEC is intended to be a meeting place for entrepreneurs – a place where Tarrant County's business owners can connect and learn from one another. Josh serves as a technical advisor to the TCEC board and is responsible for promoting the group online.

As a Board Member for Tarrant County Entrepreneurs Club and resident Internet guru, Josh designed and developed the club's web site.

Josh was born and raised in Orange County, California. He attended Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, CA before moving to Texas in 2005.

Tony Kuligowski

Tony Kuligowski is the President and CEO of Coaching Continuum where he provides business coaching, consulting and training to small to mid-size companies and sales executives to help them grow their business and meet their goals while putting more balance, fulfillment and fun back into their personal lives.

Tony is also an Independent Distributor of Send Out Cards which is a relationship marketing tool used for business and personal growth.

Prior to forming Coaching Continuum, Tony was owner and President for 16 years of a graphics and visual communication company that focused on helping major retailers and consumer brand manufacturers design, develop and implement brand identification and visual communication programs for their companies.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Loyola University in Chicago and graduate study in Pyschology from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, IL.

He and his wife Susan have lived in Arlington for over 33 years and have two young adult children. Tony is a member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, the International Coaching Federation of North Texas, and many local volunteer and networking organizations.
